The best smoothy, IMO

The best smoothie (in my opinion..) is made up of strawberries, blueberries and banana. Together, this mixture makes the best tasting smoothie EVER! I usually use (for one serving) one banana, and a handful of strawberries (maybe 7 or so..) and another handful of blueberries (maybe a dozen or so..), with a little water in a blender. Ice is optional, but chills it nicely for summertime.

The finished result is not too sweet and not too bitter, but just right. For breakfast or snack, you can’t go wrong with the natural goodness and healthy benefits of this combo of fruits and these three in particular, are some of the highest in fiber and antioxidant rewards as well. Drink on and enjoy, and if you have a fruit smoothie favorite you’d like to share, please do. I’d like to find out what your favorite fruit-combos are.
