24Savvy is a website I happened onto from a link on someone’s blog (I think!). I can’t really remember how I ended up there, but I’m very glad that I did. I won a bundle of goodies at 24/Savvy, my first week as a member. You can see those goodies in my photo here. I posted a comment about my win at the 24/Savvy site as well.

24Savvy is a community of style news and reviews, gift giveaways and a webisode series hosted by the adorable Kathleen Monteleone. She does a great job as host and offers relevant and fun content as “Savvy Girl” member. I enjoy visiting 24/Savvy just about daily, to check out the new product reviews, vote in the new “Savvy or Silly” polls and leave comments on articles that interest me. Every Friday, members have the chance to get new products like I did and each month there is a giveaway as well. It’s really quite a fun community. If you’re Savvy, you’ll probably enjoy it too! ;)

Got Glee Love? Good! There’s more Glee to come! I was so happy to see that Glee won Best Comedy or Musical Series Award at the 2010 Golden Globe Awards, January 17. Yay! I Love Glee

Yes, I’m quite a fan of this show. I think it’s unique, charming and fun. The cast has great chemistry, obviously love what they do, and I haven’t even mentioned the talent yet.. they sound great! It’s nice to have a quality show back on the air.. One that is positive, sounds good and most of all – feels good. I plan to feature more info about the show and it’s cast in the weeks and months ahead.

By the way, the new episodes begin Tuesday April 13th. If you missed any of last season, you can watch full episodes on fox.com/glee. :)

Glee is an American musical comedy-drama television series that airs on Fox. It focuses on a high school show choir (also known as a glee club), called “New Directions!”, set within the fictional William McKinley High School in Lima, Ohio. The pilot episode of the show was broadcast after American Idol on May 19, 2009, and the first season began airing on September 9, 2009. On September 21, 2009, Fox officially gave the series a full-season pick-up. Glee aired its mid-season finale on December 9, 2009 and is currently on a 4-month hiatus before returning on April 13, 2010 with the remaining 9 episodes of the season. On January 11, 2010, Fox President, Kevin Reilly announced at the Television Critics Association winter press tour that Glee has been renewed for a second season. (From wikipedia)

Coffee benefits I love

coffee-benefitsI LOVE drinking coffee. In the morning, in the afternoon.. I really don’t go a day without it. The moment my eyes open and I drag my head off the pillow, it’s coffee that’s on my mind. I’ll stumble into the kitchen, eyes half open, straight to my Mr. Coffee. Opening the seal to the bag of dark, glossy coffee beans brings forth the first scent of rich robust flavor I’m anxious to enjoy. Bring it on!

I was recently relieved to find out that coffee has benefits. Yay for coffee! Ok, so here is the benefit roundup.

Coffee helps relieve headaches and depression. I can’t personally verify the depression issue, but I can surely confirm the fact that it help those nasty headaches.. indeed!

Coffee is rich in Magnesium, which is something we are falling short of lately. We need it and coffee is helping to replace it. Cool, huh?

Did you know coffee was rich in antioxidants? Antioxidants are important because they help fight cancer. Therefor, coffee helps fight cancer! :)
