About Karlyn

karlyn

I’ve lived in Southern California since January of 1967.. all my life. I grew up with my older sister and brother in parts of Southern California and then finally settled into Riverside, where I currently still reside with my husband and two children.

Way back when, I didn’t use computers for much more than chatting and playing online scrabble.. Until some time in 1996, a friend of mine showed me the family web page he created. My first response to this website was something like “why?”, hehe.. obviously, it was a brand new concept to me at that time. I quickly became intrigued though and ventured out into the web-design wilderness myself.

Since then, I’ve been designing websites and graphics for myself and others and enjoying every minute. Design is in my soul and I truly get a lot of joy from it.

I also teach computer lab classes and computer writing and design related workshops to elementary grade students. I enjoy that quite a bit and the school I work for is just the BEST! I sell Jerky online too.. it’s really yummy and good for you!

These days, I own and manage many fun websites. I’m often asked where I find the time, but time just hasn’t been an issue for me. I just if you enjoy what you do, it just all works out.
